3. Service Area and Availability
3.1 Primary Service Area
Our primary service area includes Arvada, Colorado, and surrounding communities including Westminster, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood, Broomfield, Golden, Thornton, and Northglenn.
3.2 Emergency Services
We provide 24/7 emergency plumbing services with a target response time of 30 minutes within our primary service area. Response times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and service demand.
3.3 Service Limitations
Service availability may be limited by:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Natural disasters or emergencies
- Equipment availability
- Technician availability
- Safety considerations
4. Scheduling and Appointments
4.1 Appointment Scheduling
Appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website. We will confirm all appointments and provide estimated arrival times.
4.2 Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 2 hours notice for non-emergency services. Emergency services cannot be cancelled once a technician has been dispatched.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

7. Customer Responsibilities

- Provide safe and reasonable access to work areas
- Remove personal belongings from work areas
- Ensure pets are secured during service visits
- Disclose known hazards or special conditions
7.2 Accurate Information
Customers must provide accurate and complete information regarding:
- Property address and access instructions
- Description of plumbing issues
- Previous repairs or modifications
- Contact information for scheduling and billing
7.3 Safety Compliance
Customers must maintain a safe work environment and comply with all safety requirements communicated by our technicians.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Scope of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for:
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Loss of use or business interruption
- Damage to personal property not directly caused by our negligence
- Pre-existing conditions or hidden defects
- Damage caused by customer negligence or misuse
8.2 Insurance Coverage
We maintain comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
8.3 Maximum Liability
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
9. Emergency Services
9.1 Emergency Response
Emergency services are available 24/7 for urgent plumbing issues that pose immediate risk to property or safety, including:

- Sewer backups
- Water heater failures
- Gas line issues
- Frozen pipes
9.2 Emergency Fees
Emergency services may include additional fees for after-hours, weekend, and holiday calls. These fees will be disclosed before service begins.
9.3 Emergency Authorization
In emergency situations, we may perform necessary work to prevent property damage before obtaining written authorization, with customer consent.
10. Permits and Code Compliance
10.1 Permit Requirements
When required by local codes, we will obtain necessary permits for plumbing work. Permit costs are additional and will be disclosed in advance.
10.2 Code Compliance
All work will be performed in accordance with applicable local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.
10.3 Inspection Requirements
Customer is responsible for scheduling required inspections with local authorities. We will coordinate with inspectors as needed.
11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
